666 ( White Zombie - More Human Than Human )

My 666th song choice... I guessed that I needed a fitting song for the ominous pick. There were many songs that would fit it, but this one fit best for me; it's an excellent song that I would have added to my list anyway. Of course I love that the song makes references to the film Blade Runner , which is based in the Philip K. Dick novel " Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? ;" a favorite Sci-Fi book and movie of mine. This number in pop culture has been referred to as "the devil's number" or somehow is connected to Satan and/or Hell, however, the Number of the Beast is actually the number of a man. From Book of Revelation 13:18: "Here is the wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six." With it being the number of a man, I could not think of a better song than More Human Than Human. Oddly enough some recent discoveries have been found ...
