From: The Winery Dogs ; Year: 2013; Genre: Hard Rock Glad I finally got the entire album; this hidden gem just blew me away. In my opinion it is the best track on the record and really speaks to me personally across the board. From: The Winery Dogs ; Year: 2013; Genre: Hard Rock It's weird, but originally when I checked out this "supergroup" it was because I am a big fan of Billy Sheehan, but I can say that Ritchie Kotzen was the one that I did not expect to blow me away like he did. Both his playing and vocals are something to behold throughout the band's entire catalogue, and this song is no different. I really like what they did on this one, especially Ritchie Kotzen's vocals; he really knocked it out of the park. From: The Winery Dogs ; Year: 2013; Genre: Hard Rock/Alternative Rock I finally got around to checking out the first, (and so far the only), album from the power trio supergroup made up of members from Mr. Big, Dream Theater, and Poison amongst their extensive resumés. This one is very riff driven with the great technical instrumentality that the members are known for. Along with the majority of the other tracks on this album it also reminds me a lot of Soundgarden, mostly because of Ritchie Kotzen's singing and the fore-mentioned riffing hard rock.
