I realized that today is the 50th anniversary of the plane crash that killed Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and "The Big Bopper" J.P. Richardson; a.k.a. "The Day the Music Died."
I was thinking about picking one of the many incredible songs from one of the artists. However, I felt that picking the "anthem" that was about the tragedy would be a better choice because it was honouring all of them.
