Song 254 (Booker T & the MGs--"Green Onions")

I listen to this song from time to time and I decided today that it needed to be my pick. This very popular bluesy instrumental from '62 mostly features both a Hammond organ and guitar as the lead instruments. Most would remember this song as being part of the American Graffiti soundtrack; it was played toward the end of the movie. A very nice grooving song for an otherwise mellow Saturday.
