Lately, I have been off and on trying to add bands that have totally slipped my mind in the almost 700 that I already have chosen.
Fairport Convention is considered to be amongst the first British Electric Folk Rock band and has connections to many other British Folk Rock bands as well. This song is an adaptation of the traditional ballad of Tam Lin, who was a mythic figure from Scots Folklore.
