I'm kind of surprised that I had not chosen this original version of Feelin' Alright? as of yet, but better late than never I guess. This version is a bit less heavy than the most popular cover by Joe Cocker, but has incredible musicianship throughout.

This is one of those "transistor glamour" songs: i.e. has everything in a small package. For me, I was born in a time that this music was already permeating the U.S. culture, so I have no idea wot this did for those listening to it for the first time. I don't know what it is about this song, but it's just one that makes you want to sing and dance along with it. And of course you have Steve Stevens showing off his severely underrated guitar mastery.
