Song 350 (Marcy Playground - "Sex and Candy")

This song is indelibly etched in my memory for two reasons: 1. Its weird music video that I liked, and 2. a lot of memories tied to it around the time it was released.
The alternative or "grunge" sound is very prominent in this one; there are a few hooks and styling in this song as well that give it a lot of distinctiveness. The song holds its own rather well and is a nice slow groove for today.

Okay, What is this "Song a Day Blog?" Well, this is a hobby of mine that I have been at for over 18 years now, (since September First, 2007), in which I set aside a few minutes every day to create my ultimate playlist in a diary form, if you will. I try to add a different song each day and share with those who are interested as to why I like the song and the artist that performed it and/or maybe some facts about them.
