From: Love in Motion (single); Year: 1981; Genre: New Wave
Having music from the band Icehouse on the brain thus far today and took it once again as a sign I needed to revisit the group.
Whilst Icehouse had already been known by that name abroad, but, their first album, Icehouse, in their native Australia and related area the band was still named Flowers, so technically Love in Motion was Icehouse's debut single, at least at home. Okay, What is this "Song a Day Blog?" Well, this is a hobby of mine that I have been at for over 18 years now, (since September First, 2007), in which I set aside a few minutes every day to create my ultimate playlist in a diary form, if you will. I try to add a different song each day and share with those who are interested as to why I like the song and the artist that performed it and/or maybe some facts about them.
