From: Who's Zoomin' Who?; Year: 1985; Genre: Soul/R&B/Pop
As most everybody's aware, the undisputed Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin just passed away; I'm still in shock from it. Her music has always been around me and she was among my favourite singers. She and her amazing voice will surely be missed.
Anyway, this is one of her songs I've always loved since I first heard it. I like the way she has always kept herself and her music relevant no matter wot the tastes of the music scene; not very many people in music can say the same for their musical career that span about six decades. I can say for certain that people will be listening to Aretha Franklin's music for centuries to come.
