Had the Canadian Jazz/Rock band Lighthouse on my mind since last night. They are one of the main bands known for having a full horn section along with Chicago and Blood, Sweat & Tears, and as such have a lot of similarities on the surface, but also have a very unique sound. Okay, What is this "Song a Day Blog?" Well, this is a hobby of mine that I have been at for over 18 years now, (since September First, 2007), in which I set aside a few minutes every day to create my ultimate playlist in a diary form, if you will. I try to add a different song each day and share with those who are interested as to why I like the song and the artist that performed it and/or maybe some facts about them.
