Tonight while on the road this one came on my playlist, I thought that it would make a good choice. It has one of my favourite bass lines of any Chili Peppers' song; not too over the top, but an excellent groove.

BWV 225 ; Year: 1727; Genre: Baroque Period/classical I made it another year with this pick today. Back in 2007 on this day I started this blog on a social site called MySpace and in '09 I moved it here; it's getting hard to believe that I've been at this for eight years now. Anywho, this is an extremely beautiful motet piece for eight voices, and there's a good chance you've hear the melody to this song; it's quite memorable. From: Circling from Above ; Year: 2025; Genre: Progressive Rock Had this, the most recent album from Styx, on my mind for the last bit; certainly you know the rest.... Anyway, Forgive is one that Tommy Shaw and Lawrence Gowan share the lead vocals and perform some amazing harmonies; you can definitely hear some Beatles influence in those harmonies amongst others.
