From: Misplaced Childhood; Year: 1985; Genre: Progressive Rock
While on the road yesterday I was listening to a bit of Marillion; it's been in my mind since, so I'm picking one.
Misplaced Childhood is probably my third favourite of their albums after Clutching at Straws and Script for a Jester's Tear; there's a lot of good music to be had on this record. Lavender was apparently one of the band's biggest hits and I will say it's a bit more consumable to a casual listener than most of their music.

Hear Lavender on YouTube.
