Song 409 ( Mott The Hoople - All The Young Dudes )

This song was written by David Bowie and made famous by the Glam/Prog-Rock band Mott The Hoople as their most famous hit. To me the lyrics have always been about disenfranchised young people busting out and spreading their wings. The music is still my favorite aspect of this song; very progressive, but in the right proportions.

Here is a recording of the song on YouTube.
