I absolutely adore bands like BÖC that aren't afraid to "put it in reverse" so to speak and make something in the style of one of their classic sounds. Don't Come Running To Me would be right at home on their early-mid 1980s records, specifically The Revölution by Night and Club Ninja. I suppose to some it could be a bad thing, but for those like me, hearing them like this just makes me want to throw up "the horns" and totally rock out to Eric Bloom and Buck Dharma's amazing vocals.

Okay, What is this "Song a Day Blog?" Well, this is a hobby of mine that I have been at for over 18 years now, (since September First, 2007), in which I set aside a few minutes every day to create my ultimate playlist in a diary form, if you will. I try to add a different song each day and share with those who are interested as to why I like the song and the artist that performed it and/or maybe some facts about them.
