Song 451 ( Andy Taylor - When the Rain Comes Down )

This song haunts my playlist every now and then and I've been thinking about picking it for some time now; today seems like a good day. This track was written and performed by Andy Taylor, (the guitarist from Duran Duran).
It was a single that was a part of the Miami Vice II soundtrack. Oddly enough, to me, there is only a smattering of the Duran Duran sound in this song; it is more or a Guitar Rock track with a bit slight bit of pop.
