I was taken aback by the amount of excellent music to be released in 1970, (today's song pick number), and had a horrid time narrowing it down to the one I would pick.
The main reason I picked this one is because I've been wanting to pick one from The Flying Burrito Brothers for a while now and this is also a cover of one of my favourite songs from The Rolling Stones. In actuality this was the first version of the song ever recorded; it was about a year later The 'Stones released theirs.

Okay, so, in the past I really wasn't one that cared for Valentine's Day; just seemed too commercial and felt like one of those occasions where society seemingly punishes the lonely people who hadn't a "sweetheart." 1411 Nightwish - Last of the Wilds (Erämaan viimeinen) From: Dark Passion Play , Year: 2007 Genre: Symphonic Metal/Folk Metal Been meaning to pick another Nightwish track for a while now. This is quite a neat track, the Uilleann bagpipes really add a lot to the sound. The song actually has two versions: Last of the Wilds is an instrumental, which was released worldwide on their Dark Passion Play album. Erämaan viimeinen is essentially the same song with vocals sung in Finnish; this version apparently was only released in their native Finland.
