5040. Jethro Tull - Jack-A-Lynn
From: Broadsword and the Beast; Year: 1982; Genre: Progressive Rock |
Broadsword and the Beast is still one of my favourite albums from Jethro Tull; there's just so much interesting music on this record. Jack-A-Lynn is one of their songs that kind of all but spans the entire sound from the era. It starts very light and quiet with modest guitar and keys the song then just keeps building until it reaches the point of hard rock; it's a very satisfying track to listen to.
