Roman Holliday is one of the bands from the 1980s that, in my opinion, never seems to get the attention or fame they deserve. This song in particular reminds me a lot of Brian Setzer/The Stray Cats but with horns and a big harmony; I especially love that bass vocalist's note in the chorus.
