For various reasons I am picking this song tonight; suffice it to say it fits my mood perfectly.
I remember buying this record on vinyl from a local music store and falling in love with the entire album from alpha to zed; I almost wore it out.
Anyway, as with most of the album this song has a bit of a heavier and darker feel to it. Ian's songwriting is simply amazing in how he weaves such a wonderful tapestry with the well-arranged and played music.

Here is the studio version on YouTube.

My song pick a year ago today: Bad Company - Seagull
My song pick two years ago today: Diana Ross - Do You Know Where You're Going To? (The theme from Mahogany)
