I had this song running through my mind this morning; it is my favourite track off of Deep Purple's legendary Machine Head album. I love the way this track was written and arranged with all of the exquisite instrumental breaks/solos. It's truly an awesome piece of music in many aspects.

Okay, What is this "Song a Day Blog?" Well, this is a hobby of mine that I have been at for over 18 years now, (since September First, 2007), in which I set aside a few minutes every day to create my ultimate playlist in a diary form, if you will. I try to add a different song each day and share with those who are interested as to why I like the song and the artist that performed it and/or maybe some facts about them.
