2950 Steeleye Span - Van Diemen's Land

From: They Called Her Babylon; Year: 2004; Genre: Progressive Rock/Folk Rock
Something from the great band Steeleye Span seemed to be an excellent choice for today. This a rather lamentful tune about a girl who was exiled to Tasmania and the perils therein. The music that is a fusion between both traditional folk and rock is my favourite part of this song; it's a nice treat for the ears.
