From: 40 Greatest Hits; Year: 1988 (1951); Genre: Rockabilly/Country
Ever since watching a show about steel guitarist Don Helms, who famously played on this song, I've had it on my mind off and on. I have to say, it's a rather cute song from Mr. Hank Williams' pen, which is laced with some rather racy double entendres, and the steel guitar really gives it that hook that put it over the top and helped to give it the timeless and legendary status the song has.
