1094 Jigsaw - BWV 147 - Jesu, the Joy of Man's Desiring

1094 Jigsaw - BWV 147 - Jesu, the Joy of Man's Desiring

Celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary today and I thought that this Rock rendition of the J.S. Bach composition would be a fitting pick. This was one of the highlights off of Jigsaw's '71 debut album Letherslade Farm.
Interesting enough, the band Apollo 100 about a year later released a version of this track, which is almost identical; the Apollo 100 version actually had more chart success than the Jigsaw version as well.

Here is the studio version on YouTube.

My song pick a year ago today: Bachman-Turner Overdrive (BTO) - Second Hand

My song pick two years ago today: Glenn Miller - Moonlight Serenade
