From: My Aim is True; Year: 1977; Genre: Soft Rock/New Wave/Pop
I've noticed that in past years for some reason in the month of April I have a tendency to pick songs from bands I had not chosen a song from prior. Well, I figured that I would do so again, with this light ballad from Elvis Costello.
For being a song that contains a lot of pop/rock "zeitgeists" of the late '70s era it has some excellent music and ideas thrown in; especially that bass.
