5893. Jethro Tull - Everything In Our Lives

From: Heavy Horses (40th Anniversary New Shoes Deluxe Edition); Year: 1978; Genre: Progressive Rock
Still, this has to be my favourite 'Tull era: the late 1970s. Here is one that did not make it on the original release, but was part of the 40th Anniversary release, which Steve Wilson from Porcupine Tree dusted it and the other down and remastered them.
It has a very familiar sound to those who have heard the band's music from the time, probably too familiar, which could be a number of reasons it was left on the cutting room floor so to speak. From a fan who is very familiar, you will hear riffs, melodies and other musical idea that would appear in other songs that did get put on an album. Whatever the case, Everything In Our Lives is one that will seem quite inviting and familiar.
