5594. Devo - Shout

From: Shout; Year: 1984; Genre: New Wave
Happened to hear some songs from this record yesterday and it got me "geeking out" about Devo once again. This, the title-track from the Shout album, has a very endearing feeling to me due mostly to the synthesized horns, which reminds me a lot of the music I'd hear on my old Commodore games back in the day; good times.
Anyway, this one has all the great hallmarks you'd expect from one of the nerdiest new wave bands, and they just embrace it and make it super cool.
