5849. Johnny Rodriguez - Erez tú

From: Practice Makes Perfect; Year: 1977; Genre: Country/Folk/Latin
It has been a while since I picked one from Johnny Rodriguez. This is his cover of the 1973 Eurovision second-place song from the band Mocedades, which he recorded in his signature Tex-Mex country style and sung in the original Spanish. Erez tú has been recorded an immense amount of times over the years, so there is a pretty good chance that you have heard a version of it at some point. I personally love Johnny Rodriguez's version with his style that sounds familiar and exotic at the same time.
