From: Risk; Year: 1999; Genre: Heavy Metal
Whelp, tomorrow will mark the seventh year that I've been doing this blog; it's definitely gettin' up there in years it is. Today I thought I would pick an apropos track to mark the occasion a day early; I'll, of course be marking it tomorrow too.
Anyway, this whole album is usually thought of as Dave Mustaine and Megedeth's weakest album, and rightly so. I remember picking it up brand new the day it came out along with a few other of their records; to say the least it was certainly a different sounding effort and definitely not their normal thrash metal. It always makes me feel good knowing that I'm one of a much smaller number to own it; it kind of makes me feel special.
Okay then, back to the song, this is one written by David Elleffson and has a bit of a classic heavy metal sound to it.

Hear Seven on YouTube.
