5635. Fleetwood Mac - Morning Rain

From: Future Games; Year: 1971; Genre: Rock
Ever since yesterday when I learned of the passing of legendary musician/writer/vocalist Christine McVie I've had a lot of the songs that she wrote and sung on my mind. There was always some quality that I loved about her voice; she has been one of my personal favourite singers from the band.
Whilst this album, Future Games was not the first Fleetwood Mac album to feature her on it, it was where she was given billing as a full member of the band, and this was the first song from that record where she both wrote and provided lead vocals. She had many, many bigger and recognizable hit songs to her name, but in my opinion some of her best work was early on in her career.
