From: It's Just Begun; Year: 1972; Genre: Funk/Psychedelia
Still bingeing on Jimmy Castor's music throughout the week; thought I'd make another Funky Friday pick with one of him and his Bunch's songs. Truly this song demands attention when listening to it by the way it's written; it is very difficult to ignore the music when being played. Add to that the distinct sound that comes from the blend of psychedelic rock and hard-hitting funk and you got something profound to enjoy listening to.
