Kind of sad hearing that Taylor Hawkins passed away while on tour in Colombia at the all too young age of 50. Thus far I have not seen any "official" cause of death released, but according to authorities in Bogotá, Colombia it was a heart attack with other circumstances as well apparently. Quite sad; he was one heck of a drummer, among the best in my opinion.
Anyway, he was probably best-known as the drummer for the Foo Fighters since their third album as well as his work with Alanis Morissette amongst others, but I thought it would be fitting picking one from the band of his namesake from their most-recent album.

Anyway, I have had this concept record by Paul Kantner and company on my mind off and on over the last bit and decided now would be a good time to choose another track from it. This is the "grand finale" of the "space opera" concept, which features a big group of who's who from the folk rock scene at the time contributing on this track and a few others.
