5361. Dire Straits - The Bug

From: On Every Street; Year: 1991; Genre: Rockabilly/Rock/Country Rock
This one has very much a country rock and/or rockabilly feel to it with the normal amazing guitar work from Mark Knopfler and the excellent musicians around him; I really like that pedal steel guitar played by Paul Franklin.
The Bug was among the last singles from Dire Straits on their "swansong" album On Every Street. I know this record in particular was panned because of the "dated sound" from what I understand, but I really like that quintessential Dire Straits sound on it; just something comforting when I hear it.
